Laura Everett

I fell into the marketing industry after changing my undergraduate major multiple times and wanting the path of least resistance to graduation. As such, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and started my career at a marketing agency, learning the ins and outs of digital marketing strategy. The profession was actually perfect for me, as it combined my talent of writing with my love of analysis.

I have over 10 years of digital marketing experience that span a wide variety of industries. No matter the product or audience, I use my strengths to create strategic marketing plans that drive results. The past five years have been dedicated to higher education, and, while this industry will always be a passion of mine, I found myself ready for new challenges outside of enrollment marketing. This yearning brought me to Blue Door Consulting, where I am eager to push myself to new limits.

I live in metro Atlanta with my two sons and an exceptional network of extended family and friends. In my free time, you can find me kayaking down the Chestatee River, trying a new restaurant, enjoying a trivia night or game night, or binging a true crime podcast/documentary.
