Tracy Freund

I grew up near Saint Cloud, Wisconsin and graduated from Marian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology and a Master of Arts degree in educational technology. I started at wisnet in 2010 as a programmer and have since covered many areas including customer service, account manager and billing. In September 2023, wisnet officially merged with Blue Door Consulting and I became a Blue Doorian with an official title of technical support consultant.

Many people ask what I love most about my job and my response is always “everything!” I love that no two days are the same. I love to learn and share ideas to see how we can elevate what we do each day to the next level.

When I’m not in the office, I’m usually dreaming of a white Christmas and all things pertaining to it. I plan all year for Christmas and may or may not start listening to Christmas music in the middle of summer! A little about my family: My husband Jason works full time at BCI Burke and is an assistant fire chief for the Town of Calumet Fire Department. We currently reside near Saint Cloud where we raise our sons, Brady and Cole, and our cat Belle. In our free time, we love to spend time with family, attend Packers and Brewers games, and camp.
